“On principle,” wrote Elena Ferrante of “The Guardian” on March 17th, 2018, “I refuse to speak badly of another woman, even if she has offended me intolerably”. Furthermore, she adds in the same article, the world “is poisoned at the root by millennia of male domination”.
In a nutshell: she is a poor little victim of a world that she can’t understand, but at least she finds solace in the fact that many other poor little victims share with her the same kind of genitalia and that makes her feel like she belongs.
We are dealing with the Fourth Wave of Feminism here.
Worldly wisdom compares feminism to a coin arguing it’s two-sided: one side is good, the other evil. I argue that this is not the case. The only good Feminist is a dead feminist. Much in the same fashion, some divide Feminism into two categories: the good, old-fashioned feminism of the suffragette movement was good, but Miley Cyrus’ post-feminism is rotten. That’s the classic, “the pendulum swung too far” argument. My argument is always the same. Some even say that “Western Feminism” is just a façade and that its aim, really, is to split society in two, while true Feminism exists and it’s represented by the brave Iranian women who are fighting for actual freedom in their country. I argue that “Iranian Feminism” doesn’t exist in the sense that it is actually just a legitimate civil rights movement.
And then there are the Feminists themselves: they divide Feminism into four distinct, as well as progressive, waves. The first wave gave them right to vote, the second the right to abortion, the third and fourth the right to do whatever they want, whenever they want, and to define themselves however they want. Psychologists have other terms for this mental disorder: schizophrenia, split-personality.
In fact, Feminism is one of the most idiotic and disruptive social theories of all times. Perhaps, the single, most cancerogenic ideology that ever stemmed out of the Frankfurt School. Indeed, all the Feminists really want is EVERYTHING to be changed forcefully in their favor, so that they can dominate over all the people who have, throughout the course of history, allegedly, forcefully changed society in order to dominate them. The harsh truth is that, even if their narrative did make sense, this would only portray them as the weaker sex, which is, ironically, exactly what the Feminists think they are not.
By blaming men for something that they haven’t done, Feminists are successfully putting women against men and rallying them around the flag of a vagina. In fact, what Feminists are trying to communicate to women is: we need to stick together based on the fact that we share the same sort of genitalia. And that, frankly, is as deep and articulate as they will ever get.
Feminists are trying to claim that gender really doesn’t make any difference, which doesn’t explain why, in order to give credit to their statement, they end up dressing just like men. At the same time, Feminists claim to be better than men and subsequently blame men for having unjustly and forcefully subdued them for centuries (?).
The problem being: if Patriarchy was indeed an artificial construct of society, it would only mean that women haven’t been able, through the course of history, to stand for themselves. It follows that the supposed existence of artificial Patriarchy in a given society would render women absolutely passive, and therefore their role in that society would be totally devoid of any kind of responsibility for any given outcome. This means that they could not be accused of any of the negative aspects of that same society, true, but – at the same time – it would also mean that they would not be responsible for any of the positive aspects, either.
The debate on feminism is red-hot right now, following the Jordan Peterson’s interview with Channel 4’s Cathy Neman. The interviewer here represents the typical post-Feminist. She affirms the misleading narrative of the pay gap, for example. It never occurs to her that the pay gap exists only when biased social scientists run a biased research just by taking an X number of men and women (without distinction of age, specialization, and occupation) and draw conclusions based on a wrong assumption. But the post-feminist never questions the assumption in itself, which in this case is indeed wrong. They assume that they pay gap exists because men are exploiting the inherently unfair advantages of a Patriarchal society, and they take that for granted. The truth is the pay gap exists because men have been pursuing different career paths, working harder and risking more, which lead to higher pays.The market isn’t misogynist. The market doesn’t think. The market NEVER rewards behavior for the sake of doing it, and it doesn’t cheer for anybody.
Furthermore, post-Feminists are so biased that they could never accept the knowledge that the pay gap might exist just because men could be performing better. That, in their mind, is an absolute impossibility. In this regard, they would go so far as to deny that the average man is stronger than a woman and therefore the average man could be better at any sort of job in which physical strength is an important factor for success. But just by looking at the statistics, one could easily figure out that – everywhere in the world – jobs that are physically demanding and right down dangerous are carefully being avoided by the overwhelming majority of women. The world is full of men loggers, fishers, roofers, truck drivers and aircraft pilots, but so ironically devoid of women in the same fields indeed! Where are the hardcore feminists when it comes to filling the gap in these sorts of jobs? How come they don’t want to compete with men in this sort of occupations? In 2015 alone, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, men were involved in 93% of work fatalities! Could the fact that men are actually willing to die for higher wages so that they can maintain their families partially explain the pay gap?
The truth is feminism is only a form of victimization and feminists aren’t for women, they are only against men. Let them rule society and you will soon have the true matriarchy. Do you want a glimpse of a true matriarchal society? Take a good look at the Mosuo in China: men are treated like slaves and they have utterly nothing to do except looking after livestock. Women there have absolute power over each and every aspect of policy. This is the true aim of feminism.
